Wonderful location, cheerful and helpful staff, very nice property with mostly light and pleasing rooms. Excellent breakfast. Definitely recommend and would stay there again. Problem areas include the Fire Room (basement): spiral staircase too narrow for luggage, terribly hard bed and overall feeling of the space is not happy if you are at all claustrophobic. All other rooms delightful. Noise from other guests' closets in adjacent rooms could be intrusively loud, but street noise was not a problem. And the terrace pictured on web-site has potential but seems dusty and neglected: could be made more welcoming.
