Fiz reserva no inicio de Outubro de 2010 pelo Hostel Traveler para este hotel e efectuei o pagamento solicitado. Por motivo de obras, o hotel estava encerrado. Não foi disponibilizada qualquer informação no Hostel Traveler sobre isto e a reserva foi aceite na mesma. Já efectuei várias reclamações tanto para o Hostel Traveler, como para o Hotel Ciao Bella Milan para poder reaver o dinheiro da reserva, mas até este momento não recebi qualquer reembolso. Serviço muito mau e nada profissional de ambas as partes. Continuo a aguardar o respectivo reembolso uma vez que já facultei por diversas vezes todos os elementos necessários para o efeito. Não aconselho nem este site, nem este hotel a ninguém.

Great hostel!!!! Very clean and staff are very friendly. Close to main street, is like a friend's home. I loved it. I'm sure to will bw back.
