Charming villa surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, the villa is furnished according to the taste of the typical style of the island. Perfect for a relaxing and natural holiday for two!

The Villa consists of a large room with entrance lounge and a fully equipped kitchenette, dining / living room area, 1 double room, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, outdoor area with barbecue, outdoor shower. It has TV, air conditioning, parking area outside, in the garden which is accessed through an electric gate.

SERVICES: Reception by appointment agreed. Inner outdoor parking unattended included.

First equipment available set of bed and bath.

Sant'Antioco Island, the Villa is located in quiet and panoramic position, few minutes driving by the historic center of the village of Calasetta with characteristic Ligurian origins, only 1. 5 km far. The town is known as the "white" for the predominant color. Calasetta is a linguistic island tabarchina (variant of Ligurian language), such as Carloforte the village of the overlooking island of St Peter, this cultural uniqueness is due to colonization and the founding of the country by settlers from the Ligurian coast of Tunisia.
The port of Calasetta is the terminal of one of the two ferry lines that connect Carloforte on the adjacent island. Airport / Port of Cagliari is about 100 km far.
Calasetta is reach of several small fisherman and souvenir shops, bars, restaurants, kiosk, medical and pharmacy. On payment: rent umbrellas and chairs on the beach, boats, windsurfing (courses), pedal boats, canoes, sailboats, hiking, public bus to the beaches in the center of the country at fixed times.

From Cagliari Airport: SS130 90. 5 km - Take the exit toward Villamassargia/Carbonia - Turn right toward Via Carbonia (continue for around 8 km)- Take the ramp to Carbonia/S. Antioco (220mt) and Merge onto SS126 - Continue onto SS126 Dir (18 km), once out of Sant'Antioco Village continue onto SS126 Dir toward Calasetta (8km), on the left side there is an internal road that bring you on the Villa Aerea (1km).

by car, train from Cagliari railway station to Carbonia, and from Carbonia to Sant'Antioco/Calasetta bus (one stop on Sant'Antioco and change bus)
