Mr Frills Bed and Breakfast is a beautiful
, stylish B&B run by friendly young brothers Giampiero and Enrico (who between them speak Italian, English, French, Spanish and Portuguese). The B&B, which was completely renovated and just opened in May 2007, is located on the "piano nobile" of the building, an Italian term for the only floor of the apartment building which has balconies. Two of the three rooms have a balcony and face onto Piazza Vittorio; please note that smoking is only allowed on the balconies of these two rooms but not inside the B&B. The third room faces onto a quiet courtyard. The three rooms, as well as the common room, were all designed to have a simple, contemporary feel, with new tile flooring, comfortable leather chairs, and sleek built-in bathrooms. All rooms have air-conditioning, satellite TV, and internet hook-up for guests who wish to bring their laptops. A light breakfast is served each morning in the common room, where there is also the owners' computer with high-speed internet which they will let guests use. The area, known as Piazza Vittorio or Esquilino, is a bustling multi-ethnic neighborhood just a quick 5-minute walk to Termini station, a 15-minute walk to the Colosseum, and close to metro and bus stops.

during Easter, Christmas and New Year holidays prices can increase ten per cent. Children under the age of three can stay free of charge and pets are welcomed. Guests will receive copies of the keys to the apartment on arrival and may come and go as they please (i. e. there are no limitations to the hours kept).

Where we are:
Mr Frills is very close to Romes main train station (Termini), from which there are regular train and bus links with both Romes main airports. Public transport (buses, underground, trams etc) can all be found a very short distance from the Bed and Breakfast. In the area where the B and B is located there are numerous pizzerias, pubs, night clubs, banks, chemists, supermarkets and clothes shops. Mr Frills is without a doubt a great starting point for those who want to comfortably explore the marvellous and romantic city of Rome.
