Customers can cancel reservations with no charge whatsoever up to 4.00pm (CENTRAL EUROPEAN TIME), 3 days before their scheduled arrival. If guests fail to arrive or cancel later than 3 days prior to their scheduled arrival (as outlined above), the credit card will be debited the total cost of 1 night's accommodation. Located in the heart of historical Rome, the Clarin Hotel is just a few hundred metres from the Coliseum and the Roman Forum. We are also well connected to the rest of the city and beyond via the city's transport system - the main train station (Termini), the air terminal, the metro and several mainline bus routes - all of which are easily reachable.

From Ciampino airport: There is a shuttle bus service that runs approximately every 15 minutes and connects the airport to the town of Ciampino. From there you can take a train to Rome’s main train station, Termini which takes about a quarter of an hour. Alternatively, you can take the public bus from the airport to the last station of the metro (Anagnina) and then take the metro into the city, getting off either at Termini Station or Repubblica. If you get of at Repubblica the hotel is approximately a 300-metre walk away. If you get off at Termini, you can then either continue your journey on foot or take bus route 78N, and get off at the 3rd stop (Palazzo delle Esposizioni) - the hotel is located on Via Palermo about 200 metres away.

From Fiumicino (Leonardo di Vinci) airport: There is a regional train service directly from the airport to the Air Terminal at Rome's main train station, Termini, which runs approximately every 20 minutes between 07. 37hrs and 22. 37hrs. From here you should take the "tapis roulant" (conveyor belt like escalator) which leads to the station's shopping centre and main concourse and you can either continue your journey on foot, by metro or by bus, as mentioned above.

By bus: The hotel lies on Via Palermo which is easily reacheable on foot or by bus (3 stops from Termini Station via route 78N).
