Casale Altavilla is an ancient roman villa originally built in the 15th century, as a roman vineyard and owned and managed by the same family since 1726.
It has been completely renovated by the heirs to meet all modern requirements for comfort and services.

The b&b Casale Altavilla is the perfect solution for those seeking for an elegant, comfortable and familiar place to stay. A sparkling swimming pool and a luxurious garden enriched by centenarian trees and palms, surround the house.

Its peculiar position allows our clients to dive into the quiet and peace of a country villa being �a stone's throw� from the main attractions.
Just outside the house there is a bus stop which will bring you directly within few minutes to the historical centre and the major shopping areas in Rome.

A few steps from the house you can find every kind of shop, cafeterias, typical and economical roman restaurants and pizzerias.
In 50 meters walking there is a Laundromat.

The b&b Casale Altavilla is in the Aurelio-Vaticano area, it is easy to reach from Fiumicino Airport and very well connected to St. Peter's, Navona Square, Trastevere and the historical centre of Rome by a direct bus and the bus stop is just in the front of the house.

All our rooms are non smoking and have high level features.
Cosy, silent and luminous, every room has private bathroom, TV, air conditioning and garden view.
Our Suite is Casale Altavilla's pearl, the perfect room for a romantic Honeymoon: spacious, luminous and elegantly furnished, has a double bed and a living area with 2 arm-chairs (comfortable single beds for children) it is ideal as family room . It is enriched by a big bathroom in raw marble with a wonderful Jacuzzi tub and shower.

Our guests will enjoy a various and rich continental breakfast which will be served in the veranda garden view or alfresco under our gazebo during the summer.
