	We are located in the green and archeological park called Ancient Appian Way. In less of ten minutes by car or taxy you may reach you the colosseum and the historical centre

	BuffetBreakfast every morning with the birds singing! No traffic no noise area. We are loacted in the middle of a big park. All rooms are equipped with all comforts and with garden view
	Internet point at your disposal, jogging park, playground, terrace..... do not call us just B&B!!!

Location & Transportation

Restaurants, playgrounds, shopping centre, all you need in a walking distance in a green and safe area! in less of 10 mins by car you are at coliseum or wherever in Rome!
Directions	From the airports and all the train stations: Go and reach the central station called Termini. Get the blue line underground unitll the S. Paolo Basilica stop. In front of the exit there is the connection with the bus 766 or 769. Catch the bus and drop off al Via Moliere. Follow it and turn at the 2nd left at Via Ibsen then you will reach Largo Strindberg! Find the number 43 and go downstairs twice! Here we are!
Transportation	From Termini Station or Ostiense station go by underground to S. Paolo Basilica the 766 or 769
