It is also perfect for golf holidays as a 27 hole golf course is just 500 m. from the property. If you are looking for fun, this is the right place as it is right near the nightlife area and just a 10 minutes drive from Mirabilandia Theme Park. Villa Norma lies in the hearty region of the Romagna Riviera, famous for its savoury cuisine, entertainment facilities, hospitality and friendliness of the inhabitants. | | It is a semi detached house with two apartments, one ground floor and one first floor. We are near the centre of Milano Marittima and next to the beach. After you leave your car in our spacious car park, you will no longer need it until you leave.
The house is right at the beginning of a short street leading to the beach, and you will not have to cross any roads to get there.
The town centre can be reached in a 5 minutes walk and the start of the strolling tour and the nightlife area is just 200 m. away from the house.
The shadowy pinewood is also within easy reach, about 500 m. away.
Many sports facilities are at walking distance (golf course, tennis courts, swimming pool, sailing school, etc.)
