Please read all the information especially our location as we are not in the centre of Rome but easily connected to it.
Superb private Villa split into 2 self catering apartments. From May to October you can enjoy a dip in our pool after a hectic day sightseeing in Rome. We are fully booked until the end of August, after August if no availability is shown we may not be full so send a request.

Only 20 minutes from Rome Termini station to our local station where we offer complimentory local transport, airport collection by arrangement for a small fee.

A double room/apartment can either be a double or a twin, a triple room/apartment can either be a double and a single or 3 singles, after making a booking please contact us with your preference.
Apartment
One bedroom apartment with double room/kitchen lounge area/bathroom/large sun terrace. The double room has a king size bed and a single bed, there are 2 chair beds in the lounge area.
T.V. with English channels by satillite, DVD player with some DVD's available.
Washing Machine

Double room with King size bed and en-suite bathroom

T.V. with DVD player available (no T.V. channels).

Everybody has the following:
WiFi internet access, there is also limited free internet access.
Included is use of the swimming pool from May to Oct approx, and our large private secluded gardens.
Although we offer complimentary transport to/from the local station please be advised that parties of more than 4 will require their own transport.

From the local station you can be in the centre of Rome in just 20 minutes, it costs just 4.60 Euro return. After a busy day sightseeing guests look forward to returning to the peace of the countryside and having a dip in the pool or just relaxing in our large lanscaped gardens. In our outdoor kitchen we have regular BBQ's and Pizza nights.
Although you will confirm your reservation with a credit or debit card please be advised we do not take them for final payment.
