Al Maximus B&B is located in the Vatican area, close to the historic centre and to all main Rome attractions, and offers to its guests a special atmosphere with all modern amenities.

Location & Transportation

Maximus B&B is quiet and central situated on a 1st floor in Rome's favourite quarter Prati, near Vatican City (walking distance). The apartment is within 5-10 min. distance to the underground Station "Ottaviano", which bring you in few minutes to the most of the sights of Rome. In the friendly neighbourhood you just are in one the famous shopping centre, but also little shops and a cosy atmosphere with a lot of traditional restaurants and cafes.
Directions	Al Maximus B&B is located at 200 meters from the Metro stop : Ottaviano - San Pietro. A few minutes walk from the St. Peters Basilica and close to most art and shopping itineraries. From Fiumicino L. Da Vinci international airport: take the direct train to Termini Railway Station and from there the metro "Linea A" direction "Battistini" and exit at "Ottaviano-San Pietro". From Ciampino international airport: take the bus to termini train station and from there the metro "Linea A" direction Battistini and exit at "Ottaviano-San Pietro". From Termini Central Railway Station take the metro "Linea A" direction "Battistini" and exit at "Ottaviano-San pietro". From "G.R.A." (ring motorway) take the exit n.1 Uscita 1 Citta' del Vaticano for Roma "Centro-Città del Vaticano" and proceed on the main road until you reach "Viale Giulio Cesare". Finally turn on "via Fabio Massimo".
