The house faces the Roya river and enjoys a calm and sunny. From the terrace you can admire the coast from the mouth of the river as far as Cape Ampelio (Bordighera), and enjoy the view of the mountains that adorn the upper Roya Valley.
Guests will enjoy the spacious living room complete with fireplace and terrace, which boasts a fine collection of botanical pelargoniums. By agreement it is possible to use the kitchen.
Within walking distance of the famous beach of calenders, fine sand, popular with surfers from all over Europe. A few miles separate you from the pristine beaches of the Balzi Rossi, the future marine reserve.

Located in the medieval heart of Ventimiglia, an ancient crossroads and obligatory stopping point for travelers from Liguria to Provence and on the way to Piedmont. Important monuments are the qualifying cities: Cathedral and the Romanesque church of St. Michael, St. John's church, the Oratory of the Blacks, the monastery church of St. Anthony, built baroque church of St. Francis, born Gothic and Baroque Today , Lodge of Parliament, public building of the fifteenth century, the noble palaces of via Garibaldi, enriched in the century XVI and XVII with hanging gardens, unique urban characteristics in Liguria, the Genoese walls of the sixteenth century almost entirely around the ' actual historical center, still some features of medieval walls. | | Directions | Exit the A10/E80 Ventimiglia exit and follow signs to Ventimiglia for about 1.8 km along the river Roja, that you will find on your right. Near the roundabout, bear right and cross the bridge on Roja. While crossing the bridge stay in the left lane, then turn left and then right after cira 30 meters from the bridge. You will be in the Constituent Assembly Square, bear right and continue up Via Biancheri, careful not to take the tunnel Scoglietti that you are immediately faced just arrived on the square. Going on a Biancheri, after about 400 meters on your right, take the passage Glue. After 100 meters you are in front of Porta Nuova, one of the entrances of the center. You can park on the area you will find to the left of the door first, or continue by car to unload your luggage and then park beyond Nice port. After cirrca 50 meters after the New Gate to your right the beautiful Cathedral on your left Via Garibaldi. We are at number 24, after about a hundred yards, immediately after the seventeenth-century Oratory of the Confraternity of the Blacks. Climb to the third floor, right door. |
