“Eco B&B The Seagulls” is in a beautiful valley at the foot of Tezio mountain, thanks to its central location became an ideal base for exploring historical city centre of Perugia, capital city of the Region of Umbria(20 km from us), and many cities of particular tourist interest Assisi (20 km), Gubbio(25 km), Spello (25 km), Umbertide(5 km) or any other of the fascinating art and historic towns in Umbria, in the nearby Tuscany and the charming Trasimeno Lake. Moreover, we are just minutes away from the S. Egidio Airport (Perugia), that has recently become a port of call for international low cost flights (Ryanair from Stansted U.K. etc).

Coming back from their trips, guests can relax and rest in the sun beds while children can enjoy themselves in the beautiful children swimming pool which is nestled in the green. Bikers can hire mountain bikes, asking for them at the moment of the booking or booking them on the arrival.

The old house was finely restored on the base of the eco building concept. It has become an ideal place for a holiday of maximum relaxes.
The complex is surrounded by 4000 square meters of land, a fascinating green stretch with Tezio mountain in the background. A place where time passes peacefully, and where , whoever is interested, can learn some of the secrets and methods of the ancient country work (activities) "directly on the field". It’s possible to have use of the large garden, of the barbeque and of the swimming pool for children for pleasant moments of relaxation, but it’s also possible to make trekking by feet or by bike nearby the house.There is generous parking space inside the enclosure.

The farmhouse consists of a country house, divided into two parts, the first floor is a private home and the ground floor reserved for guests, with 3 nicely decorated and comfortable apartments, all with access for the disabled. The self catering apartment rooms, named with the different names of flowers, offers very comfortable beds each with a private bathroom and personal shower, breakfast in your room, colour TV, mosquito protection, Mini bar, Tea/coffee facilities, panoramic view, daily cleaning, linen and heating and two of them with an equipped kitchenette.

For breakfast we offer you,coffee, milk, tea, jams, fruit juices, yoghurt, cereals and good homemade cakes.

The Seagulls is composed of three different apartments, all indipendent and suited for 2/4/6 people, located on the ground floor. Each apartment has its private bathrooms with shower, central heating, TV and private table for the outside/inside dining.

Additional free facilities includes parking, barbeque sets, mountain bikes, basketball, football table, swimming pool for children, sun beds, gazebo.

Sunflower room: is composed of a spacious double room with king-size bed, bedside, desk, wardrobe, tv, minibar and private bathroom.

Lavander apartment: it's a large studio with king-size bed, bedside, bunk bed, well equipped kitchenette, tv and private bathroom with Jacuzzi shower.

Iris apartment: it's a large studio with king-size bed, bedside, single sofa bed, well equipped kitchenette, tv and private bathroom with Jacuzzi shower.

The apartments “Sunflower and “Lavander” could also rent together, having a big apartment of two bedrooms, two bathrooms and kitchen suited for 6 people.

The owners can also be found at the first floor of the farmhouse, should you need any further assistance during your stay.

The normal check-in is from 3 pm to 10 pm; however it can be delayed by contacting the farmhouse.
