Coloseum House

Very large apartment located only a 5min. walk to the Coloseum, just behind the wonderful St.Giovanni's Cathedral. The owners are experts on design and architecture, so they make by (one's own hand) themselves the recent restorations of the apartment: the beautiful colors and the particular decorations by hand exalt the big walls, the spectacular archs and the important vaults of the house . At your entrance, after the hall, there is a big livingroom separated in two parts: in one way, the relaxation area with the sofà-bed, armchair and TV; on the other side, it has been (was) gained a small and comfortable corner with single bed and wardrobe. Two wide bedrooms, one with bath inside and the other one just opposite: the room with the inner bath is furnished with antique furniture and has a king-size bed; the other one,furnished with more youthful furniture has two twin single beds, that could be joined and be formed into a kingsize bed. The bathrooms both have a shower are decorated with much taste and fantasy. The kitchen, completely equipped, could be set up to accomodate up to seven people. So, two large double-bedrooms, one sofà-bed for two people, one single bed in the corner of the livingroom, two independent bathrooms and the big kitchen make the apartment perfect for four people and very easy for up to seven people. This is a fashionable large apartment (around 120 square metres) located in the Colosseum area, in fact you can easily arrive in 10 minutes by walking to the wonderful Colosseum and the rest of Ancient Rome. It is very well connected to the rest of downtown by subway station (METRO LINE "A") that is only 5 minutes by walking. It is also near the famous St Giovanni's Cathedral, one of the most important 4 BasilicS in Rome (like St.peter church), in particular this is the oldest in Rome and it is really nice to visit. The house is composed of : The Blueroom+the Blue bathroom (triple room),The Redroom+the red bathroom (double room),one big livingroom with a furnished kitchen-corner.This house is very centrally located!!
