	In a little Borgo, within an old country house built in 1889 on the little square of the wonderful millenary Abbey of San Firmano, surrounded by the natural environment of river Potenza, San Firmano Bed & Breakfast has just opened.
	Montelupone is 3 km afar: one of the most beautiful town in Italy, Orange Flag according to the Italian Touring Club, which certificates the tourist quality of inland regions. Recanati is 4 km afar: you can visit Leopardis places of origin and in particular Leopardis house and the Colle dellInfinito.
	The sea is 10 km afar: the Riviera del Conero beaches and their resorts. Loreto is 15 km afar: renowned Marian destination of pilgrimages from all the world. Macerata is 15 km afar with its famous Spheristerion and its museums. The Sibillini mountains and Frasassi Caves are just 40 km afar.
	You will be welcomed in a familiar place, extremely painstaking and provided with all comforts but completely independent.

Location & Transportation

Directions	How to reach: - A14 Loreto-Porto Recanati motorway exit. - take the S.S. 16 Adriatica southwards (Pescara) - going on for 5/6 Km, pass through Porto Recanati (the seaside and the railway are on your left) - after 5/6 Km you will find a crossing on your right with the signs for Macerata (and other towns) turn right - go on for about 10 Km, at the second traffic light turn left (S. Firmano). After 80 metres and some bends, you will arrive to the little square of the S. Firmano Abbey. - The B&B is next to the Abbey.
Transportation	Free parking Adjacent car-parking. Bike rental. 500 metres from the bus stop (Contram buses). 10 Km from a car hire in Porto Recanati (special fares for guests). 13 Km from Porto Recanati railway station.
Airport	35 Km from Raffaello Sanzio International Airport (Ancona).
