Overview

	The house is on three floors with a veranda facing the garden where breakfast will be served.
	From the living room a wooden staircase leads up to the rooms.

Location & Transportation

The B&B is located in a residential neighbourhood called Villagio Azzurro - Tre Pini, at about 8 miles from Colosseo. It is very green and silent, well linked to the centre which can be reached in 20 minutes. Nearby there are tennis courts, gyms, a covered swimming pool; you can shop in a characteristic outdoor market. Dry cleaners, pizzerias and various restaurants are also available in the near vicinity.
Directions	By Car Exit N. 26 of the G.R.A. Grande Raccordo Anulare (Circonvallazione Meridionale) direction of Latina. After a few metres take the side lane (direction Mostacciano - Spinaceto). Take the second turning to the right (Via Maestrini). Continue, taking the roundabout towards Via di Mezzocammino, (follow the signs for the Hotel Sheraton Four Points) after approximately 500 meters turn right onto Via Raguzzini which will take you to Via Rastrelli. At number 81 on Via Rastrelli you will find us. OR Take the Train to Termini Central Station then take the Line B of the underground - direction Laurentina. Get off at the Eur Fermi stop and take take the Bus 705 (is just at the other side of the road).Get off from Bus 705 one stop after the Sheraton 4 Points Entrance and walk for about 100 meters following the Map

	The "Zen" room, is rigorously furnished in a Japanese style. The floor is entirely covered with Tatami (the typical floor covering in Japanese homes made of straw mats), upon which futons (beds) are placed.
	This room has its own private bathroom with shower.
	The mansard on the top floor is a large room with three beds in ethnic style. It leads on to a landing where there is a large bookcase. The floor is made of antique brick tiles, there is a sloping ceiling. The furnishings are highlighted by colourful fabrics which contrast with the walls painted in white.
